At Beatbot, we want you to enjoy a pristine pool with total peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your Sora 10 Robotic Pool Cleaner, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the Sora 10 is clean, dry, and packed securely in its original packaging with all included accessories, chargers, and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
